How does the 6-step provider vetting process work?

Every provider completes identity and age verification, experience validation, an extended background check, video screening, child safeguarding training, and agreement to our Community Guidelines before being approved.

Can I list my programs on Klass Hero and what does it cost?

Yes! Register for free and start listing immediately.

What You Can List:

Regular classes and courses (weekly/monthly)
Camps and holiday programs
Workshops and one-time events
Private lessons and tutoring

Pricing:

Starter: Free to join — no registration fees, no monthly subscriptions. 18% commission per booking, up to 2 active programs
Professional: €19/month + 12% per booking. Up to 5 programs
Business Plus: €49/month + 8% per booking. Unlimited programs and team seats

All plans include: Profile page, booking system, payment processing, messaging, and marketing to Berlin families.

How does the booking system work?

Simple and automated - we handle everything.

When Someone Books:

Parent books and pays through Klass Hero (via Stripe)
You receive instant email with booking details and parent contact info
Parent receives confirmation with your contact details
Funds are immediately available in your Klass Hero account
You deliver the program

Payment Options for Parents:

Apple Pay / Google Pay
SEPA direct debit
Klarna (pay later options)

All payments processed securely through Stripe.

What if my child gets sick?
